A former Apple Valley Sons of the American Legion commander has pleaded guilty to stealing $26,558 from the organization. James Edmund Jensen, 55, pleaded guilty to one count of theft by swindle, a felony, and paid $25,838 in restitution on Nov. 30 in Dakota County District Court.

Alec Baldwin told Men's Journal he's calling it quits from acting, effective in 2012. The Emmy-winning star of 30 Rock says that when his contract expires, that's enough. "I don't have any interest in acting anymore," he said. "I'm not young, but I have time to do something else." At age 52, Baldwin was unclear about what that something else might be.
